Le camping est très propre , le personnel est très accueillant et disponible.
Ne pas être en front de mer n’est pas un problème car très accessible en vélo sur de très jolies routes au milieu des champs.
Je recommande ce camping à taille humaine.
Sinon camping vraiment sympa personnel agréable avec sa mini ferme. Et le truc sympa il y avait des activités toutms les jours en cette période.
Par contre mobilhome vraiment proche , très très proche dommage.
Animations proposées lors d'un week-end prolongé au top. Bel espace aquatique.

Located between Les Sables d’Olonne and La Tranche-sur-Mer, La Grand’ Métairie campground in the Vendée region is in the heart of the village of Saint-Hilaire-la-Forêt, just 6 km from the sandy beaches of Jard-sur-Mer and Longeville-sur-Mer.

What are the arrival/departure times?
Arrivals are from 4pm and departures before 10am.
Are the swimming pools open? Do visitors have access to the swimming pools?
The indoor pool is open and heated from April 4, 2026.
The outdoor pools are also accessible from the opening, and heated for the season from June. The outdoor relaxation areas and solarium are also accessible from April 4.
No, for insurance reasons, access to the swimming pools is reserved for campsite guests only. Visitors must report to reception on arrival.
When is La Guinguette open? Are there any animations?
July – August, 4pm to 10pm. Bar open from 12pm to 11pm.
Outside July – August, from 6.30pm to 9.30pm. Bar open from 4pm to 9:30pm. Closed on Monday
Yes, every morning, young and old alike are invited to join our teams in feeding the animals at the mini farm. The Piki Club organizes activities during school holidays for children aged 6 to 12. Evening events for the whole family take place at La Guinguette from April to September, and our teams also organize daytime activities for everyone, including pétanque tournaments, darts, Olympic games, sports mornings, and more.
Are pets allowed?
Yes in some accommodations, 2 in low season and 1 in high season. 6€/day/pet. Category 1 and 2 dogs excluded. Vaccination certificate required at reception.
