Bikes for adults and children are available by the day or half-day, depending on your preference, and can be booked at the commune of Jard sur Mer, 5 km from the campsite.

Avrillé
A 9.7-kilometer walk around Avrillé that will let you discover the Vendée countryside as you’ve never seen it before. Start at St Pierre church and walk around the most beautiful menhirs in the Vendée from our campsite near Avrillé.

Along its 16.5 kilometers, the Poiroux circuit is a quiet one. Starting at Pont Garnaud, you’ll stroll around Lac de Fanfarine, then pass the Sorin dam. You can then take a gentle stroll through the Peruvian countryside. This excursion is sure to please young and old alike.

The “Au temps des menhirs” trail is a 20-kilometre walk between St Hilaire-la-Forêt, Avrillé and Le Bernard. Let yourself be guided by the vestiges of prehistory and follow in the footsteps of the “stone giants” left by our ancestors. On this historic tour of the “little Vendéen Carnac”, your children can learn all about the riches of the Vendéen heritage. 9 stages can also be followed in the form of fun digital games for the whole family to enjoy.

Starting at Talmont Castle, near our campsite in Talmont Saint Hilaire, come and discover the Richard the Lionheart circuit. This long 28.5 kilometer walk is marked out at 9 crucial points to learn more about the former King of England. This walk is as much sporting fun as it is historical.

Pointe du Payré
Set off from Plage de la Mine along the Atlantic coast and discover the flora and fauna of the Vendée. Discover the marvellous Pointe du Payré at Jard-sur-Mer and let yourself be guided on this 4.7-kilometer excursion.

Saint-Hilaire campaign
Two loops start from the campsite. One of 5.4 kilometers and one of 8 kilometers. These are ideal for discovering the St Hilaire countryside and the many dolmens and menhirs along the way.

Set off from the Maison du marais pier and choose the route that’s right for you (4.3 or 9.4 kilometers), then discover the beautiful commune from our campsite in Longeville sur Mer. For the bravest among you, enjoy a magnificent view of the ocean during your hike.
