La Guinguette
The Guinguette at the heart of our 4-star Vendée campsite in Saint Hilaire la Forêt is also open to the public.
Enjoy a drink with friends, a refreshing ice-cream at snack time or dinner with the family in a rural setting. Try our homemade pizzas, mixed salads, burgers, mussels…
These dishes are mainly for takeaway. A country atmosphere at La Guinguette… Before you get there, take a look at the vegetable gardens and meet the animals of the mini-farm at camping Paradis La Grand’ Métairie. It’s time to sit down to dinner!
At La Guinguette, you’ll be able to admire the wooden framework that covers our terrace, inherited from an old family farm also based in the Vendée. Eat under magnificent garlands for a moment of pure pleasure.

Sipping a mojito made with fresh mint from La Grand’ Métairie’s vegetable garden … La Guinguette’s little pleasures are enjoyed by the whole family!
Here, the evening is spent at the table, enjoying delicious moules marinières with French fries or your tribe’s favorite pizza!
At the bar, the team carefully prepares homemade cocktails to be enjoyed in front of the stage as part of our family entertainment.

- Outside school vacations and bank holidays:
- from 6.30pm to 9.30pm. Bar open from 4pm to 9:30pm. Closed on Mondays

Organize your event with ease at La Guinguette de La Grand’ Métairie. Bring your family, friends, colleagues or teammates together in a convivial atmosphere and celebrate the pleasure of being together!
On request, we welcome groups for birthday parties, sports tournaments and family weekends, with the option of staying overnight at the campsite (except during school vacations).
The big tables are set up, the garlands are lit, and all that’s left for you to do is share a good meal and enjoy a good time as we love them at La Grand’ Métairie in Vendée!
